THIS EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is made and entered into this 11th day of May, 2018 (the “Effective Date”), by and between Sportsman’s Warehouse Holdings, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”), and Jon Barker (the “Executive”).
