This Agreement and Plan of Reorganization (the “Agreement”) is made as of July 24, 2015, by and between John Hancock Global Opportunities Fund (the “Acquired Fund”), a series of John Hancock Investment Trust (the “Acquired Fund Trust”), a Massachusetts business trust, and Global Equity Fund (the “Acquiring Fund”), a series of John Hancock Funds II (the “Acquiring Fund Trust”), a Massachusetts business trust.
