This Agreement and Plan of Reorganization (the “Agreement”) is made as of April 22, 2016, by and between Retirement Choices at 2010 Portfolio (the “Acquired Fund”), a series of John Hancock Funds II (the “Trust”), a Massachusetts business trust, and Retirement Choices at 2015 Portfolio (the “Acquiring Fund”), a series of the Trust.
