This Management Agreement (“Agreement”) is made as of June 20, 2018, by and among the American Beacon Sound Point Enhanced Income Fund, a Delaware statutory trust (the “Trust”), on behalf of each series of the Trust listed on Schedule A hereto, as may be amended from time to time (each, a “Fund”), and American Beacon Advisors, Inc., a Delaware corporation (“Manager”).
