This Amendment to and Assignment of the Transfer Agency and Service Agreement dated March 22, 2017, as amended (“Agreement”), between State Street Bank and Trust Company (“State Street”) and American Beacon Institutional Funds Trust (the “Fund”) is made as of this 29th day of November, 2017 (the “Effective Date”). In accordance with Section 16.1 (Amendment) of the Agreement, the parties desire to amend the Agreement as set forth herein.
