AMENDMENT made as of this 17th day of September, 2020 to the Subadvisory Agreement dated January 1, 2014, as amended (the “Agreement”), between John Hancock Investment Management LLC, (formerly, John Hancock Advisers, LLC), a Delaware limited liability company (the “Adviser”), and Manulife Investment Management (US) LLC ( formerly, John Hancock Asset Management a division of Manulife Asset Management (US) LLC), a Delaware limited liability company (the “Subadviser”).
