This Agreement and Plan of Reorganization (“Agreement”) is made as of October 15, 2021, by and between John Hancock Funds II, a Massachusetts business trust (the “JHF II Trust”), on behalf of its series, Mid Cap Stock Fund (the “Acquired Fund”), and John Hancock Investment Trust, a Massachusetts business trust (the “JHI Trust”), on behalf of its series, John Hancock Mid Cap Growth Fund (the “Acquiring Fund” and together with the Acquired Fund, the “Funds” or individually, each, a “Fund”).
