Massachusetts Mutual Life Insurance Company (the “Company”) and Janus Aspen Series, an open-end management investment company organized as a Delaware business trust (the “Trust”), entered into a certain fund participation agreement dated August 30, 1999, as amended (the “Participation Agreement”). This Amendment (the “Amendment”) to the Participation Agreement is entered into as of March 25, 2021, by and among the Company, on its own behalf and on behalf of each separate account of the Company as set forth in the Participation Agreement, as may be amended from time to time (individually and collectively the “Accounts”) and the Trust (collectively, the “Parties”).

Massachusetts Mutual Life Insurance Company (the “Company”), Goldman Sachs Variable Insurance Trust (the “Fund”), a statutory trust formed under the laws of Delaware, and Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC (the “Distributor”), a New York limited liability company, entered into a certain participation agreement dated October 23, 1998, as amended (the “Participation Agreement”). This Amendment (the “Amendment”) to the Participation Agreement is entered into as of September 28, 2021, by and among the Company, on its own behalf and on behalf of each separate account of the Company as set forth in the Participation Agreement, as may be amended from time to time (individually and collectively the “Accounts”), the Fund and the Distributor (collectively, the “Parties”).

Life Insurance Company (collectively, the “Company”), Deutsche DWS Investments VIT Funds (formerly DWS Investments VIT Funds) (the “Trust”), and DWS Investment Management Americas, Inc. (formerly Deutsche Investment Management Americas Inc.) (the “Adviser”), entered into a certain participation agreement dated September 1, 1999 (the “Participation Agreement”). This Amendment (the “Amendment”) to the Participation Agreement is entered into as of March 25, 2021, by and among the Company, on its own behalf and on behalf of each separate account of the Company as set forth in the Participation Agreement, as may be amended from time to time (individually and collectively the “Accounts”), the Trust and the Adviser (collectively, the “Parties”).
