This Employment Agreement (the "Agreement"), entered into as of March 20, 2019 (the "Agreement Date"), is made by and between Seelos Therapeutics, Inc., a Nevada corporation (the "Company"), and Raj Mehra, Ph.D. ("Executive" and together with the Company, the "Parties").
