This Employment Agreement (“Agreement”), is made and entered into as of the 21st day of January, 2014, (the “Effective Date”) between Crestwood Operations LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“Employer”), and William H. Moore (“Employee”). This Agreement amends and restates in its entirety that certain Employment Agreement entered into by and between Inergy Midstream, LLC and Employee dated April 8, 2011, as amended by that certain Amendment to Employment Agreement entered into by and between Inergy GP, LLC, Inergy Operations, LLC and Employee dated June 18, 2013 (such agreement as amended, the “Prior Employment Agreement”).
