(“AuEx”), a Nevada corporation, whose address is 940 Matley Lane, Suite 17, Reno, Nevada 89502, and Liberty Silver Corp. (LBSV), a Nevada corporation, whose address for purposes hereof is 3960 Howard Hughes Parkway, Suite 500, Las Vegas, Nevada 89161.
