THIS AMENDED NONQUALIFIED STOCK OPTION AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is made and entered into in duplicate this 18th day of June, 2004, by and among Micron Enviro Systems, Inc., a Nevada corporation ("Corporation"), and Bernard McDougall ("Grantee"), in his capacity as president and a director of the Corporation with respect to the following facts:
