THIS AMENDED NONQUALIFIED STOCK OPTION AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is made and entered into in duplicate this 15th day of February, 2005, by and among Micron Enviro Systems, Inc., a Nevada corporation ("Corporation"), and Graeme Sewell ("Grantee"), in his capacity as a consultant of the Corporation with respect to the following facts:
