THIS INVESTOR RELATIONS AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is made and entered into in duplicate effective this 1st day of September, 2005 (“Effective Date”), by and among MICRON ENVIRO SYSTEMS, INC., a Nevada corporation of 789 West Pender Street, Suite 1205, Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada V6C 1H2 (“Corporation”), and Jason Gigliotti, of #406 - 3625 Windcrest Drive, North Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada V7G 2S6 (“Consultant”).
