THIS NONQUALIFIED STOCK OPTION AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is made and entered into in duplicate this 3rd day of January, 2006, by and among Micron Enviro Systems, Inc., a Nevada corporation ("Corporation"), and Negar Towfigh ("Grantee"), in her capacity as chief financial officer and secretary of the Corporation with respect to the following facts:
