Each Warrant entitles the holder thereof to acquire one (1) common share (a "Warrant Share") of the Issuer at a price of CDN$0.22 per Warrant Share until December 11, 2010 (the "Expiry Date"), subject to acceleration as set out in Section 2.2 of Appendix A.
