The undersigned, Petrofinanz GmbH (the “Subscriber”) understands that Ignis Petroleum Group, Inc., a Nevada Corporation (the “Company”) is offering for sale to the undersigned 80,000 units (the “Units”) at a purchase price of $1.25 per Unit, with each unit consisting of one share of common stock (the “Common Stock”) and one two-year warrant to purchase one share of common stock at an exercise price of $2.00 per share in substantially the form of Exhibit A attached hereto (the “Warrants”). The Common Stock, the Warrants and the common stock underlying the Warrants are also collectively referred to herein as the “Securities.” The Subscriber agrees to purchase the Units upon the terms and conditions set forth herein.
