This License Agreement (“Agreement”) is made and entered into effective as of February 8, 2005 (the “Effective Date”), by and between Revaax Pharmaceuticals LLC, an Indiana corporation (“Licensor”), and Rexahn Corporation, a Delaware corporation (“Licensee”).
