This Separation and Release Agreement is entered into this 4th of August, 2006 by and between RCN Corporation, a Delaware corporation (together with its Affiliates, the “Company”), and Joseph Sorresso (the “Executive”). The parties may individually be referred to herein as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties.”
