Convera Technologies, including its officers, directors, stockholders, employees, agents, representatives, parent Convera Corporation, subsidiaries, affiliates, divisions, successors and assigns (collectively referred to as “Convera”) and John R. Polchin (“Employee”) hereby make and voluntarily enter into this Separation Agreement, Waiver and Release (the “Agreement”).
