THIS REGISTRATION RIGHTS AGREEMENT, dated as of August 24, 2007 (this “Agreement”), is made by CENTRAL EUROPEAN MEDIA ENTERPRISES LTD., a company formed under the laws of Bermuda (the “Company”), and Igor Kolomoisky, a citizen of Israel, residing at St. Galey Thelet 48, Herzeliya, Israel, 44640 with passport no. 10905729, issued on October 2, 2005 (the “Purchaser”).
