THIS Agreement is made this 13th day of March 2008, between The University of Texas M.D. Anderson Cancer Center, 1515 Holcombe Boulevard, Houston, Texas 77030 ("Institution"), a member institution of The University of Texas System ("System"), and Nerium Biotechnology", 11467 Huebner Road, Suite 175, San Antonio, Texas 78230 ("Sponsor"), to conduct a laboratory study and evaluation ("Study").
