THIS EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is made as of August 13, 2010, by and between HOUSTON AMERICAN ENERGY CORP, a Delaware corporation (the “Company”), and KENNETH JEFFERS (the “Executive”) (each a “Party” and, collectively, the “Parties”).
