This FOURTH AMENDED AND RESTATED CREDIT AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is entered into as of May 4, 2011 among TUTOR PERINI CORPORATION, a Massachusetts corporation (“Borrower”), the Guarantors (defined herein), the Lenders party hereto from time to time, BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., as Administrative Agent (“Administrative Agent”), COMERICA BANK, as Documentation Agent, UNION BANK, as Syndication Agent and MERRILL LYNCH, PIERCE, FENNER & SMITH INCORPORATED, as Lead Arranger and Book Manager (“Arranger”).
