THIS PURCHASE AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is made and entered in on this the 20th day of June, 2011, by and among Eagle Ford Oil & Gas Corp., a Nevada corporation (“Buyer” or “Eagle Ford”), and TDLOG, LLC, a Texas limited liability company (“TDLOG”), Driftwood Resources, LLC, a Texas limited liability company (“Driftwood”), and Pierre Vorster, an individual resident in Pretoria, South Africa (“Vorster” and TDLOG, Driftwood and Vorster being sometimes collectively as the “Sellers” or individually as a “Seller”). Sandstone Energy, L.L.C., a Texas limited liability company (the “Company”) executes this Agreement to indicate its agreement to be bound by the obligations, representations and warranties of the Agreement to the same extent as the Sellers..
