CREDIT AGREEMENT, dated as of May 12, 2011 (as it may be amended, restated, modified or supplemented from time to time, this “Agreement”) by and among SCHWEITZER-MAUDUIT INTERNATIONAL, INC., a Delaware corporation, (“Parent” or “U.S. Borrower”), SCHWEITZER-MAUDUIT RTL PHILIPPINES INC., a Philippines corporation, (“SWM Philippines” and, together with U.S. Borrower, the “Borrowers” and, individually, each a “Borrower”), the LENDERS that are a party hereto, JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, as Administrative Agent, J.P.
