(“Borrower”), the Lenders signatory hereto (the “Lenders”) and JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A., as a Lender, as Issuing Lender (in such capacity, the “Issuing Lender”), and as Administrative Agent (in such capacity, the “Administrative Agent”).
