THIS SECOND AMENDMENT TO EXECUTIVE EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT effective as of July 1, 2012 (“Amendment”), to that certain employment agreement dated April 30, 2010 and effective as of May 10, 2010, as amended on January 1, 2011 (the “Agreement”) by and between LAPOLLA INDUSTRIES, INC., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”) and CHARLES A.
