THIS CONSULTING AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is made effective as of January 1, 2013 (the “Effective Date”), by and between Mannatech, Incorporated, a Texas corporation (the “Company”) and WonderEnterprises, LLC (“Wonder” and collectively with the Company, the “Parties”) for the consulting services of Samuel L. Caster, an employee of Wonder (“Consultant”).
