WHEREAS, TrustCo Bank Corp NY, a New York corporation (hereinafter referred to as “TrustCo”), Trustco Bank, a federal savings bank duly organized and existing under the laws of the United States (hereinafter referred to as the “Bank”) (hereinafter collectively with TrustCo referred to as the “Companies”) wishes to enter into an Employment Agreement (this “Agreement”) with Robert M.
