This AGREEMENT FOR SALE AND PURCHASE OF PROPERTY (this “Agreement”) is made and entered into as of February 18, 2014, by and between IRET – PLYMOUTH, LLC, a Minnesota limited liability company (the “Seller”), and VASCULAR SOLUTIONS, INC., a Minnesota corporation (the “Buyer”).
