This SEPARATION AND GENERAL RELEASE AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is made and entered into by and between Royal Bancshares of Pennsylvania, Inc. (the “Corporation”), Royal Bank America (the “Bank”), and Andrew J. Miller (“Executive”). The Corporation, the Bank, and Executive shall be referred to herein as the “Parties” or, each separately, a “Party.”
