THIS EXECUTIVE EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (this "Agreement") is made to be effective as of the 1st day of July, 2014 (the “Commencement Date”), by and between FieldPoint Petroleum Corporation, a publicly traded Colorado corporation (including all affiliates and subsidiaries hereinafter called the “Company”) and Phillip H.
