FOURTH SUPPLEMENTAL INDENTURE, dated as of August 31, 2017 (this “Fourth Supplemental Indenture”), among BOART LONGYEAR MANAGEMENT PTY LIMITED, a corporation incorporated under the laws of the Commonwealth of Australia (the “Issuer”), the Guarantors, and DELAWARE TRUST COMPANY (as successor to U.S. Bank National Association) as trustee (the “Trustee”)).
