FOURTH AMENDMENT (this “Amendment”), dated as of November 1, 2017, among Fly Funding II S.à r.l., a private limited liability company (société à responsibilité limitée) incorporated and existing under the laws of Luxembourg (the “Borrower”), each Borrower Party party to the Credit Agreement (as defined below), the Consenting Lenders and the Replacement Lenders (in each case, as defined below) executing this Amendment on the signature pages hereto, Wells Fargo Bank Northwest, National Association, as Collateral Agent, and Citibank N.A., in its capacity as Administrative Agent under the Credit Agreement.
