This EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (the "Agreement") is made and entered into as of December 19, 2016, by and between Joseph R. Stagliano ("Executive") and NBT BANCORP INC., a Delaware corporation having its principal office in Norwich, New York ("NBTB").
