THIS SUPPLEMENTAL INDENTURE NO. 1 is entered into as of March 15, 2018 (the “First Supplemental Indenture”), among STORE Capital Corporation, a Maryland corporation (the “Company”) and Wilmington Trust, National Association, a national banking association, as trustee (the “Trustee”), to that certain Indenture (the “Base Indenture”), dated as of March 15, 2018, between the Company and the Trustee.
