This INCREMENTAL AND FIFTH AMENDMENT TO CREDIT AGREEMENT (this “Amendment”) is entered into as of August 28, 2018, among Internap Corporation, a Delaware corporation (the “Borrower”), each of the Lenders (as defined below) party hereto and Jefferies Finance LLC, as Administrative Agent (in such capacity, the “Administrative Agent”), and is acknowledged and consented to by each Guarantor.
