This Joint Venture Agreement ("Agreement"), made on September 5, 2018 by and between QUANTA, of 3606 W MAGNOLIA BLVD, BURBANK, California 91505 and 2664431 Ontario Inc. (Quanta Canada) of 11 BUTTERMILL AVE, CONCORD, ONTARIO, CANADA L4K 3X1. The parties are hereinafter sometimes referred to together as the "Joint Venturers" or the "Parties" and individually as a "Joint Venturer" or "Party."
