This Consulting Agreement (this “Agreement”) is entered into as of January 11, 2019 between Intersections, Inc. (the “Company”) and Michael R. Stanfield (the “Consultant”). The terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement shall be null and void ab initio and of no force and effect in the event the Merger (as defined below) is not consummated for any reason.
