THIS SUPPLEMENTAL INDENTURE NO. 2 is entered into as of February 28, 2019 (the “Second Supplemental Indenture”), among STORE Capital Corporation, a Maryland corporation (the “Company”) and Wilmington Trust, National Association, a national banking association, as trustee (the “Trustee”), to that certain Indenture (the “Base Indenture”), dated as of March 15, 2018, between the Company and the Trustee. Capitalized terms used in this Second Supplemental Indenture without definition have the respective meanings given to them in the Base Indenture.
