THIS FIRST AMENDMENT TO COMMERICAL BUSINESS LOAN AGREEMENT FOR TERM LOANS AND LINES OF CREDIT (this “First Amendment”) is dated March 19, 2019, by and among VIEMED, INC., a Delaware corporation (“Viemed”), SLEEP MANAGEMENT, L.L.C.
