THIS GRAIN PROCUREMENT AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is entered into on the 6th day of February, 2020, by and among Husker Trading, Inc., a Nebraska corporation with its main office at 2807 13th Street, Columbus, NE 68601 (“Husker Trading”), and Lincolnway Energy LLC. An Iowa limited liability company with its main office located at 59511 West Lincoln Hwy, Nevada, IA 50201 (Lincolnway).
