THIS EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (this "Agreement") is entered into as of October 31, 2019 by and between Photronics Dai Nippon Mask Corporation having a principal place of business located at 1F, No.2 Li-Hsin Road, Science Park, Hsin Chu City, Taiwan, ROC (the Company”) and Kang Jyh Lee ("Executive") residing at 13F, #202, Chi-Yu Road, Sec #1, Taipei, Taiwan. The Company and Executive are collectively referred to as the “Parties”.
