THIS EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT is made and entered into effective as of September 21, 2020 (the “Effective Date”), by and among Reliant Bancorp, Inc., a Tennessee corporation (“Company”); Reliant Bank, a Tennessee-chartered banking corporation (“Bank”); and Mark Seaton, a resident of the State of Tennessee (“Employee”). Company, Bank, and Employee are sometimes referred to herein collectively as the “Parties,” and each is sometimes referred to herein individually as a “Party.”
