This EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is made this 7th day of February, 2021 (the “Execution Date”) by and between Andrea Olshan (“Executive”), Seritage Growth Properties, a Maryland real estate investment trust (“Seritage REIT”), and for all purposes other than Sections 2(b) and 2(d), Seritage Growth Properties, L.P. (the “Operating Partnership,” and together with Seritage REIT, “Seritage”).
