This Term Loan Agreement, dated as of September 21, 2021 (as amended, modified or supplemented from time to time in accordance with its terms, this “Term Loan Agreement”), by and among CAI WF LLC, a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of Delaware (the “Borrower”), EACH LENDER FROM TIME TO TIME PARTY HERETO (each, a “Lender” and collectively, the “Lenders”), and WELLS FARGO BANK N.A., as administrative agent (in such capacity, the “Administrative Agent”).
