THIS FIRST AMENDMENT TO THE SECURITIES PURCHASE AGREEMENT (this “Amendment”) is entered into as of March 9, 2022 (the “Effective Date”), by and between GSE Systems, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”), and Lind Global Fund II LP, a Delaware limited partnership (the “Investor”).
