THIS EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (this "Agreement") is by and between Dream Finders Homes, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the "Company"), and LORENA ANABEL FERNANDEZ ("Executive"), to be effective as of the Agreement Effective Date. The "Agreement Effective Date" shall mean the date that the last of the parties executes this Agreement.
