THIS FIRST SUPPLEMENTAL INDENTURE (this “First Supplemental Indenture”) dated as of August 3, 2022 between MERITOR, INC. (the “Company”) and U.S. BANK TRUST COMPANY, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, successor in interest to U.S. Bank National Association, as trustee under the Indenture referred to below (the “Trustee”).
